Marlene and I, Guillermo are a family that is characterized as true animal lovers particularly Dogs, to which we have dedicated a big part of our lives.
I have been an All Breed Handler for over 15 years, I have had the opportunity to show dogs Internationally in the U.S, Canada, Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Cuba, Puerto Rico and Finland, winning my first BIS in December of 1994. I am a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, with a Degree from UNAM with a thesis entitled: “Care and Grooming of Dog’s Harsh Coat” in which I elaborated in detail the diseases as well as the grooming of 56 different breeds. During the year 1995 I resided in the U.S. working under the guidance of the renowned handler Clay Coady from whom I learned very much.

I lived in Mexico City for several years and some time in Guadalajara. Shortly after Marlene Mastellari and I married, I began to breed Beagles and we founded a Veterinary Clinic that is now running in the hands of our business partners.

Marlene on her part has breed Pembroke Welsh Corgis and Shih-Tzu’s since 1995 in her native country, Panama up until 2003 when we got married and she moved to Mexico. She has shown dogs in diverse countries of Central and South America, specializing in Grooming Toy Breeds.

Although part of our Kennel is still in Mexico, with several of our dogs in co-ownership, at the moment we reside in Phoenix, Arizona and we fully dedicate our time to show dog grooming and handling across the U.S. Our philosophy is that there should always be a strong bond between dog and handler, which is why we always make an effort to prepare ALL the dogs which we show in the best possible manner in order to offer our clients results in the rings.
